COMMISSIONER TOOLS

All league Commissioners have a suite of tools to configure and change various parts of the league behavior. These are broken down into 2 sections; functionality found on the Commissioner’s league home page and functionality grouped into a separate toolset on its own page called Commissioner Tools. Almost all actions write an audit log to the transaction list for accountability.

Edit League Settings
(Until draft begins, for most settings)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the league configuration chosen during registration. These options are broken down into individual links on the Commissioner’s League Home Page.
Lock/Unlock Owners
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to prevent any manager from making roster changes or posting to the League Home Page. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach list link.
Delete Team
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to remove any team from the league. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach list link.
Change Draft Order
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to set any draft order you wish. From the League Home Page, this is accomplished from the Team & Coach list link. A randomization option is available to generate a random list manually.
Trade Draft Positions
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to change the order of when each team picks, on a round-by-round basis. Each team must still draft once per round. Found in the Draft Notice message section on the League Home Page. Not available until the initial draft order is set.
Submit Draft Results
(Until draft is saved)		 This allows the Commissioner to submit the draft results, for Offline drafts only. Found in the Draft Notice message section on the League Home Page.

League Maintenance  
Change Commissioner
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to give Commissioner power to anyone else in the league. Multiple Commissioners are allowed.
Change League Details
(All season)		 Allows the Commissioner to change league details, such as, the league name and logo.
Edit Draft Order
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to set the draft order.
Manage Can't Cut List
(All season)		 This function Allows the Commissioner to prevent certain players from being dropped in their league.
Multi-league Championship
(All season)		 Enables the Commissioner to challenge the Commissioner of a similar MFS league to a championship game between the winners of each league.
Send League Invite
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to invite other managers to join the league by emailing them the league ID and password, registration instructions and League Settings.
Test Scoring
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to enter simulated results, by statistic, and generate a point total to see if the scoring output seems right for the league.
Waiver Priority
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver priority, if waivers are being used in the league. Available after the draft is completed.
PayPal Setup
(All season)		 This enables the payment option on the Finances page to send/receive payments via PayPal.
Change Division Names
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to change the names of the divisions.
Edit schedule
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current league schedule. MFS will generate a balanced schedule based on the number of teams and divisions that can be changed using this tool. The tool can even be used to change the playoff brackets generated after the regular season has completed. Available after the draft is completed.
Delete This League
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to delete the league and all associated stats.
Open League To The Public
(All season)		 This function lists the league on the Open Leagues page for others to find and join.
Team maintenance  
Adjust Finances
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to apply payments or adjust the league entry amount on a team by team basis.
Adjust Move Count
(All season)		 Lists the Move count of each team in the league and allows the Commissioner to change the number.
Delete Manager
(Until draft begins)		 This allows the Commissioner to remove any team from the league.
Change Team Owner
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to transfer ownership from one MFS owner to another MFS owner.
Lock/Unlock Owner
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to prevent any manager from making any roster moves or posting to the League Home Page. Also, the Commissioner tool to delete managers is found in this area (Until the season begins).
Manage Rosters
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to perform roster changes for any team in the league, even after the games have started.
Manage Keeper Contracts
(All season)		 This is available in Keeper leagues only. This tool allows the Commissioner to change the contract end date for any player rostered on any team in the league.
Run Stats
(After first week)		 This allows the Commissioner to rerun the stats for any week that has been completed. This must be used if the Commissioner has made posthumous lineup changes for any team in the league.
Player Maintenance  
Change Player Waiver Date
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver release date of individual players, if waivers are being used.
Override Waiver Process Date/time
(All season)		 This allows the Commissioner to edit the current waiver end date/time, if waivers are being used. This must be set prior to the time that players are placed on Waivers for that week (the normal weekly waiver start day/time).
