Q: The Draft message on our League Home page states that our league contains an odd number of managers and we won't be able to draft. Why?
A: This is only a limitation in Head-to-Head leagues. When MFS was first developed, we allowed leagues with an odd number of managers and we generated Bye weeks for each team throughout the season. However, it caused too many problems and, frankly, no devout fantasy football player wants to have a Bye week unless it is the first week of the playoffs. So, find another league member or boot someone out of the league that you expect will cause problems throughout the year to give your league an even number of owners.

Q: How can I deposit funds into my account?
A: Funding an account has gotten trickier nowadays until all the state upheaval settles. The best course of action is to send a check or send money via PayPal to info@maximumfantasysports.com with only your Member ID listed in the Notes.

Q: How can I request a payout and will it go back on my credit card?
A: You can request a payout by emailing us using the Contact Us link and letting us know if you want a full or partial payout. The payout can be issued via PayPal or via check with a payout limit of once per month. We do not store credit card information so we cannot pay out to a credit card.

Q: How can I change the name of my team and/or my team logo?
A: Team names, whether they are fantasy team names or pool team names, and logos, can all be changed on the Team Home Page using a link called Team Details. When changing the Team or League Logo, make sure the file type you choose has one of the following extensions: .bmp, .gif, .jpg or .jpeg. Max file upload size is 2 MB. Also, the fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters and the directory name must be less than 248 characters. It you think you may exceed this, copy the logo to a shorter directory name before attempting to upload it.

Q: I bookmarked my league from last year but it no longer works. My commissioner just emailed us and said he opened up the league for this year. How can I see it?
A: Leagues get a new league ID and a new URL each season. Since you are in a redraft league (one-season), you will have to join this new league using the League ID and Password provided by your Commissioner. Only Keeper leagues keep the owners from the previous season. If you want to look at last season's results, use the Member Performance History report from the My Leagues page.

Q: How can I see who was in my league last season and what the final standings were?
A: We list all Leagues/pools that a member has played in since inception on the Member Performance History report which is found in the Reports section on the My Leagues page. The final results are also listed as well as the ending roster in fantasy football leagues.

Q: I want to delete my team. How do I do it?
A: We do not give site Members the ability to delete their team since it could affect a balanced league right before a draft or affect payouts in Private leagues. The Commissioner controls the league so we provide the commissioner with the ability to delete league members using the Team & Coach list on their League Home Page. MFS can delete teams from any of our Public fantasy football leagues.

Q: I see a dollar amount on my Team Home page and an Account Balance on My Profile page and they don't match. Why not?
A: The Team Home Page "Current Bill" number reflects your balance within your Private league. Private leagues have their own entry fee and transaction fees that are managed internally by the Commissioner. MFS takes no responsibility for monies involved within a Private league. The "Account Balance" on the My Profile page is the amount of cash MFS is holding of yours from depositing funds or winning Public contests, such as DFS leagues, that can be used to buy Commissioner Fantasy Leagues or join more Public DFS leagues.
