Q: I cannot log in. I was given an ID and Password by my Commissioner. What is wrong?
A: It sounds like you were given the registration information for a Fantasy League or Pool. You must register
as an MFS User before joining a League or Pool. Also, you will need to have the browser setting to Allow Cookies set to Yes.

Q: I signed up as a MFS Member but have not received my validation email. Maybe I entered my email address incorrectly. How do I correct it and resend?
A: To correct your email address and/or simply resend the validation email, log back into MFS and you'll see the function to trigger a validation resend in the middle of the page. Your email address is listed there as well and can be updated to send your validation to a valid email address. You can review the registration process here.

Q: I forgot my password. Can I retrieve it or have it reset?
A: You can use the Forgot Password link in the upper right corner of the MFS Home Page to retrieve your ID and password using your MFS userid, email address or first and last name. Remember that Passwords are case-sensitive at MFS. If your email address has changed and you have not updated it yet, you will want to email us using the Help link and we will update it for you so you can successfully retrieve your password in the future. A How-to video is available as well.

Q: I forgot my ID/password. I changed my email address and can't get a reminder email. What do I do to get my ID and password?
A: Email us with your old email address and we will be able to look up your ID and Password. After you get that and log in, remember to update your email address using the My Profile link on the main navigation toolbar.
How-to video is available as well.

Q: Can I capture a league configuration during Registration and send it to my managers for review?
A: Yes, you can. The step before completing the league allows you to stop configuration and send an email to whatever email address(es) you choose detailing the configuration you have established. One feature that sets us apart from many other sites is that we are storing your configuration during each completed step in our Registration Wizard. Because of this, you can return to the Create A New Private League link of whatever league type you are attempting to create and pick up at the same step you left off with, even if it is weeks later. This prevents you from having to redo any of the steps. Even nicer is the ability to easily link back to prior steps already completed and make adjustments. You can also make changes to your settings after completing your league as well. So, feel free to complete your league the way you would like to see it run and deal with any changes before the season starts after being convinced by your league members that they have a better setup!

Q: I made a mistake when configuring my QB TD points. Can I change that setting?
A: You can change any of your league settings before your draft starts. After the draft starts, some of your league settings are locked in with most of the remainder locking in when the NFL season begins. In this case, you can change TD points up until the first game of the season starts. We highly advise that your Commissioner run through our "Test Scoring" Commissioner Tool at least once before the draft. Also, review the Rules section to see when each setting is locked down.

Q: I configured a couple of leagues and decided to use only one of them. How can I delete the fantasy leagues that I won’t use?
A: You can delete a league in the Commissioner Tools workbench found in the links on your league's Home page. The tool to perform this irrevocable act is called "Delete This League".

Q: Can I use the same Member ID & Password as last season?
A: Please do. Keeping the same member ID yearly will allow you to keep a history of your leagues over the years. Also, email addresses can only be linked to one ID. Use the Forgot Password link on the home page if you need a reminder of your ID/password.

Q: What are the Private Leagues that are listed on the All Open Leagues page?
A: Site Members operating Private leagues/pools can choose to open those leagues up for Public enrollment. Please remember that these leagues/pools are operated by individuals and not by MFS itself. So you must adhere to rules and judgments made by that commissioner and MFS has no control of money coming into or out of these Private leagues.

Q: I was looking to join a Public League listed on the All Open Leagues page that had 3 people registered but I was the only team in the league after I completed registration. Why?
A: It is due to one of two reasons. Either you already have a team in that league that does not allow duplicate entries so we started a new league to accommodate you. Or, the league finished filling up before you finished joining and your registration birthed a new league. Our public leagues have one configuration template for the league type and will spawn leagues for members as they join and continue until the league is full or registration stopped due to the draft starting.
